– Our delivery zone is a maximum of 35 km radius from our bakery, which is where all our deliveries leave from. When you enter your delivery address on checking out, our website will calculate and tell you whether your delivery address falls within our delivery zone.

When you place an order of R499 or more, you qualify for complimentary delivery. Additionally, we periodically run promotions during which we provide free delivery codes that waive your delivery fee. However, please note that these promotions are offered for a limited period at our discretion.

Can I collect my donuts the day before they are needed?
Donuts, by nature, typically have 8-12 hours shelf life, they are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. We recommend having them ideally on the day purchased.
Should you have donuts left over, store at room temperature in an airtight container and microwave for a few seconds to refresh before eating.
