  • We do not accept orders over the phone, at the store or via email. Our orders are filed automatically by our online orders facility. Regret the stores are not equipped to take orders manually. We do this to prevent orders being dropped or mistakes being made.
  • Please ensure you fill in all details correctly on the order form, in particular – date required, email addresses, phone numbers and delivery addresses etc.
  • Please provide company name if the order is going to a company.
  • We accept credit and debit cards and Zapper online.
  • In order to pay with Zapper, you will first need to download the Zapper app on your phone and upload your card details onto the app before trying to use this facility.

Our delivery zone is a maximum of 35 km radius from our bakery, which is where all our deliveries leave from. When you enter your delivery address on checking out, our website will calculate and tell you whether your delivery address falls within our delivery zone.

There is a minimum order of R159 which qualifies you for delivery, thereafter R69 is added on as the delivery charge.

When you place an order of R499 or more, you qualify for complimentary delivery. Additionally, we periodically run promotions during which we provide free delivery codes that waive your delivery fee. However, please note that these promotions are offered for a limited period at our discretion.

Yes, you can order for pickup at any one of our stores. There is no minimum order required or delivery charge applied if you order for collection. If your address is not within our delivery zone, you are welcome to order for pick up.

  • At our Astra – Durban North location, pick-ups are accommodated starting from 6 a.m., even though the store officially opens at 7:30 a.m. If you arrive before the store opens, please press the buzzer at the door, and our kitchen staff will assist you with your order.
  • Our Pavilion store opens at 9 a.m.

Unfortunately we do not, orders for delivery or collection must be placed on our website latest, the day before by 6 pm. Online orders close daily at 6pm for the next day or any day after. However you can place an order via the Mr Delivery food app same day – however you can not choose specific flavours and donuts provided are limited to what stock is available in store. Mr Delivery app is only available in certain areas, check if your area falls within their range.

Orders are only delivered between 8 am – 1 pm each day, Mon-Sat. We have only one driver and set a delivery route on the day. We regret we can not promise specific delivery times and can only say delivery will be made sometime between 9am-1pm. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during this time when placing the order for delivery.

Donuts, by nature, typically have 8-12 hours shelf life, they are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. We recommend having them ideally on the day purchased.

Should you have donuts left over, store at room temperature in an airtight container and microwave for a few seconds to refresh before eating.
