How long do my donuts stay fresh for?

Donuts typically have around 8-12 hours shelf life, they are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. Should you have donuts left over, store at room temperature in an airtight container and microwave for a few seconds to refresh before eating.

Do you deliver?

• YES  – Our delivery zone is a maximum of 35km radius from our bakery, you can order for pickup at one of our stores near you if your address is not within our delivery zone.
• We do not have deliveries available on Sundays, deliveries are only available Monday to Saturday. You may select Sunday for pickups only.
• Orders for delivery or collection must be placed latest, the day before by 4 pm.
• Orders placed after 5 pm will not be processed before 12 pm the next day. We Regret no same day orders.
• A minimum order of R159 and a min delivery fee of R69 is applicable
• DELIVERIES SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND CAPACITY ON THE DAY

Do you deliver on Sunday?

NO – We do not have deliveries available on Sundays, deliveries are only available Monday to Saturday. You may select Sunday for pickups only. Thank you.

Do you do same day deliveries?

NO – Orders placed after 5 pm will not be processed before 12 pm the next day. We Regret no same day orders.

What time do you deliver?

• Orders are only delivered between 8 am – 1 pm each day, Mon – Sat.

Is delivery free how much is delivery?

NO – A minimum order of R159 and a min delivery fee of R69 is applicable Delivery will only be free if a valid free delivery coupon is entered on checkout.

Can I order my donuts for pickup?

YES – You can place your order and select the date, time slot and the store you would like to pickup from, we have 3 stores for pickups –

• Pavilion – Westville
• Astra Centre – Durban North
• Gateway – Umhlanga

How do I pay for my order online?
